From granule to finished roll

Every stage works as one system to keep material performance consistent from batch to batch.

Raw-material preparation

Polypropylene granules are received, components are dosed and the formulation is prepared.

Web formation

Molten polymer becomes continuous fibres that are evenly laid into a web.

Thermal bonding

Calendering establishes strength, uniformity and the required working properties.

Winding and dispatch

Parameters are checked before winding, identification, packing and shipment preparation.
