In order to make an enquiry on the website https://marvik-partners.com (hereinafter – the Website), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 On Personal Data and Its Protection, the User gives MARVIK PARTNERS LLP, registered at: Building 336, Zhuldyz residential area, Enbekshi District, Shymkent, BIN 230240029359 (hereinafter – the Operator/Owner and (or) Operator of the personal data database), their consent to the collection and processing of any information posted on the Website (including, without limitation: collection, processing, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, distribution, anonymisation, blocking and destruction of personal data, as well as any other actions with personal data subject to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and confirms that, in giving such consent, the User acts of their own free will and in their own interest.
